Security deposit required: $3,000 (trailers) | $4,000 (motorhomes). Fully refundable within 1–5 business days after inspection.
Extreme post-playa restoration cleaning, if ever required, is assessed by condition and capped at $300-900.

Power, Water & Playa Conditions
Burning Man takes place in Black Rock City, Nevada — a temporary city built on open desert playa in late August. There are no hookups, no standard utilities, and conditions are very different from typical festival camping. If you're planning a Burning Man RV rental, here’s what actually matters.
Power: Generator Planning on Playa
There are no electrical hookups at Burning Man. Every RV operates independently. Our motorhomes come with built-in generators. For travel trailers, a generator is included in the rental package — just like delivery, setup, and standard services. Keep in mind:

Running AC all day in late August heat requires realistic fuel planning. Power use at Burning Man is different from a typical campground.
Water & Tank Capacity: What to Expect
All of our trailers and motorhomes are delivered with fresh water tanks filled before arrival. However, fresh water will not typically last the entire stay if multiple people are using the RV normally. Water usage at Burning Man must be intentional.

Playa Dust & Cleaning After the Event
​​Playa dust is extremely fine and alkaline. It enters through vents, seals, and any small opening. All rentals include standard post-event cleaning in the package price. In rare cases where cleaning requires extreme restoration due to excessive playa buildup or interior damage, additional cleaning may apply based on condition — capped at $900. Most rentals do not require this level of service. It is assessed only when necessary.

All units require a refundable security deposit.

Deposits are fully refundable and returned within 1–5 business days after the trip, pending inspection. This protects both the renter and the unit in extreme desert conditions.

Black Rock City entry lines can extend for several hours — and in some years, significantly longer — depending on arrival windows and weather.
We recommend:

Flexible Entry & Exit Planning
We understand that gate closures, whiteouts, and weather conditions can affect schedules.
